The Spear Daredevil is a WvW build that also works in team fights in PvP due to its self-sustain, high amount of boon rip, and poison to pressure enemies. While it isn't ideal for PvP, it can work well in Push.

For PvP just use Wizard Amulet, Thorn Rune, and Courage/Venom sigil on Spear
