Reality and virtual realities emerges from all observable and unobservable possibilities.

Constraints differ in different frames of reference: Your reality maybe my virtual reality. What's possible in reality can blend into what's impossible in virtual reality.

What can be and can't be observed are all that makes up reality and virtual realities.

A fully immersive virtual reality is necessarily completely cloaked from our reality, whether camouflaged invisible or just concealed from all outside observers.

For one to experience a fully immersive telepresent virtual reality, one must be completely cloaked from the local reality; a portal.

If a portal counterpart exists in this reality, it is a Televisual Portal System and exists in the same inter-reality; an ultimately shared reality. If a portal counterpart exists in another reality, it is a Cosmic Portal System and exists in an ultra-reality; a virtual reality somewhere out in the metaverse/multiverse.
