Owensboro Kentucky's head honcho influencers always seem to be putting out-of-town rich people's 'dreams' ahead of their own citizenry.

I've felt it happening to me.

What does Owensboro really need; another gaudy downtown money pit, or the beauty of portal technology?

I can't do it alone. I don't have the capacity. But if my ideas gained exposure and was given a chance by the local press, I can just anticipate the sight we'd see, when the first man-made portal opens up to reveal its inner workings!
