Points are intersected by lines in such a way as to create a graph system of fractal points and lines that ultimately feed back into a higher level graph system of points and lines again, producing another graph system of fractal points and lines, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera...

This is the emergent property of reality. Points and lines are the two basic ingredients for all other dimensions.
