I hardly ever use teleprompters, but sometimes every now and then I have to because of technical details I don't want to get wrong, which is why i use an old basic one that collects dust most of the time. But more and more people use them now so here are some cheap ones. Teleprompters really help important things be said. Youtube selfie video channels want the cheapest, simple, easy to use teleprompters for smart phones, cell phones and mirrorless DSLR style cameras. Here is a teleprompter review of half a dozen popular models that people are using and they are under $100. You do not have to use an ipad or tablet with a teleprompter. Your cell phone smartphone is good enough.
My favorite voice activated teleprompter app is PromptSmart Pro. It's not a free teleprompter app, but if you want something good, it's worth it. promptsmart.com
