Lightweight light stands can be pretty flimsy but there are some that can hold a decent light up to something like a Godox AD600 flash strobe with a reflector modifier. Two of the light stands featured today can even hold a soft box if there's no wind. These are the strongest, sturdiest of the LIGHTWEIGHT stands meant for travel, hiking etc when light weight equipment is needed. Of course these are not a sturdy as proper studio stands, but as light stands go that are small and very lightweight for travel or hiking, these can hold a decent amount of weight, especially photography lights like a Godox AD100, AD200, AD300, AD400 and even AD600 if there is no wind or breeze.
