Watch two Meca500 6-axis industrial robots in an interactive teleoperation and hand-guiding demonstration developed for ATX West 2021.

Using an ATI Mini40 Force/Torque Sensor, one Meca500 is hand-guided by the user while the second robot replicates the motion in real time. The follower robot utilizes the MPM500 pneumatic module and a Schmalz vacuum system to pick up and manipulate objects. Both robots and sensors are seamlessly integrated via Python.
