This is Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Smash up, a fighting game for the Nintendo Wii. I found this game pretty fun for what it is, I was expecting it to be some horrible shovelware but it turned out to be fun! If you find this game for cheap, I don't see what you are losing here if you pick up.

This was played on a real Wii.
