Launching a hardware project is no small feat, especially for creators breaking into global markets. In this talk, I’ll share the journey of Openterface Mini-KVM, from its early brainstorming stages to its successful crowdfunding campaign on Crowd Supply.
This talk is designed to be compact and actionable, offering valuable advice for new creators, particularly those from non-English-speaking regions who may face additional barriers in global outreach. My goal is to provide a roadmap for successfully managing a hardware project from idea to launch.
