This research-based course explores what happens when student and adult well-being are placed at the center of teaching and learning. Grounded in the science of a meaningful life and virtues like compassion, purpose, and belonging, participants gain practical tools to create more connected, resilient, and humane learning environments.
Across four modules, you’ll learn how to:
• Strengthen kindness, cooperation, and connection
• Build trust and belonging in school communities
• Support educator resilience and self-care
• Foster empathy, compassion, and gratitude
• Improve student well-being and school climate
• Apply culturally responsive and trauma-sensitive practices
