A new musical partnership between reedman Giacomo Smith and singer Lucy-Anne Daniels based on the legendary musical interplay between Lester Young and Billie Holiday. Young and Holiday mirrored each other’s tone, with the raspy reediness of Holiday’s voice blending seamlessly into the creamy lyricism of Young’s saxophone.
Here composition "Tea for Two" (composed by Vincent Youmans with lyrics by Irving Caesar) performed live at West London's Ladbroke Hall.
