"With Personal Service," is a documentary being produced about the life and times of the Tennessee Central Railway, a railroad that once stretched through Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky for most of the 20th Century. The TC was not the most powerful railroad, neither was it the most famous. But it carried with it a story about perseverance, endurance, and above all else, courtesy to its passengers and customers.
