Creecy was speaking at the SANTACO Women's Month Summit in Boksburg, Ekurhuleni, on Monday — where women leaders in the taxi industry, government representatives and law-enforcement officials gathered under the theme, "Women's Safety and Empowerment in Transport."
The summit focused on gender-based violence and femicide, safety in taxis and taxi ranks, women's leadership, and economic empowerment in the transport sector.
