KwaZulu-Natal Hawks Lieutenant Colonel Deenadayalan "Deena" Govender has testified before the Madlanga Commission that his relationship with tow-truck businessman Clive Naicker is strictly professional.

Naicker was implicated at the Commission by Gregory Loftus, the father of the late Bevan Loftus, who alleged that Govender may have received more than R2 million from Naicker to have his son killed.
