In the mandatory savestate in Lethal Lava Land, start by closing the textbox and end by collecting the custom placed star.
Mario begins with low HP. There are 4 custom red coins placed around the course. You are not required to collect any red coins.

due to the fact that this stages actual level boundaries are waaay far outside of the geometry itself, a negative jump to the star isnt possible here. this was the next best strat i could come up with. improvable obviously.")
