this includes cutscenes which wouldn't be included in a 120 TAS assuming routing changes aren't made (RTA does Secret before 3 to have two shots at the note challenge).
Without cutscenes, this would be a 1:15.xx.
This branched off the Dusty Dune 3 TAS until landing on the rim of the Bullet Bill planet.
The checkpoint to respawn on the Bullet Bill planet is a short distance away from the rim, so I delayed my long jump and then spun to reach it.
This skip saves ~9.5 seconds over doing the double bounce 2P star chip skip and doing the secret the normal way.
