Wow!! This was so simple yet so easy to overlook. Samus' collision box has some weird behavior when she is standing inside collision as it loads, the game tries to reposition her out of the collision but until it does, Samus can move in limited ways. Here I performed an aether jump, which let me collect the Power Bomb with the top of Samus' head, I then perform a morph to cut off vertical speed and drop down, clipping out the bottom of the collision and escaping with an extremely early power bomb expansion. This could replace PBBB if a route were to be made around it...!!!
