Requested by RhoThanos. As this request was more about finding strategies to implement RTA, this hasn't been optimised. But still manages to improve on the IL WR of 44.41 so it's not that bad.

Mario might not have so much of a disadvantage here because long jumps can land earlier so some hits can be done earlier. But running speed is still a thing so I dunno.

One potential improvement to this (aside from using P2, maybe Luigi, and skipping cutscenes, and general movement) is to get starbits earlier and use them on the first two Octoombas, rather than bouncing off them. Although with the hitlag, maybe this won't be as much of an improvement as I think.

Yoshi tongue has some cooldown so the last bit of movement isn't majorly important, just as long as you chain Octos and be inside the star when it spawns.
