This is a Tool-Assisted Superplay/Speedrun (often abbreviated to "TAS") where a player can edit, rerecord, and manipulate a game into doing whatever that person desires. Visit tasvideos.org for more information.
Final decimal is 8.40s. This is pretty tough to optimize with the tight movements, lag, and high speeds, but I'm pretty confident that 0:07 isn't possible.

This TAS achieves the highest possible score for Magmar! While real scores a bit lower arent too uncommon, squeezing out the remaining few points is incredibly difficult. The shape of Magmar doesnt really fit two of them well, its challenging to get both to be large enough, luring them is precise, and their claws stick out which tends to block the view of each other or reach to the edges of the picture. This one took a lot of hours to make! [TAS] Pokemon Snap - Magmar - 7,000](https://i.ytimg.com/vi/pMr5novAylw/mqdefault.jpg)
