Over the last few months I have been quite active on Instagram and have taken some really adorable footage of my mice, although just with my phone camera. Since these are just too wonderful, I am going to post some of them here on YouTube. Even though they are a little out of date, I still think you will really enjoy them. Don't worry, I will also be posting up to date stuff, but also the best of the older videos.
I like this video sequence so much because it shows just how quickly mice learn and how enthusiastic they are about it. Not very efficient though, clicker training multiple mice at the same time, but we all had a lot of fun, which with mice is the most important thing of all :) In the video are Knox (grey and white and the foundation mouse of my breeding program, almost everyone is related to him and this is where the long haired gene comes from), Athena (black-eyed-white and cutely chubby), Faye (Midas's mom), Trixie (iridescent gold like Midas, with some white), Cloe (irredescent red gold, chubby, Trixie's mom) and Ella (black and white, Amara's sister). You will get to know everyone a bit better in the next few videos to come :)
The reward I am giving them is baby food cheddar flavored whole grain corn puffs, or cheezies. Mice will do anything for those.
