More than likely the first film of a Medal of Honor action documented during the Tarawa Bunker Attack by 1stLT Bonnyman. The attack on the sand covered bunker November 22 1943, now known as Bonnyman's Bunker. 1stLT Bonnyman was part of the Marine Shore Party and had a white band around his right thigh, watch the videos and photos and you can track him during the attack. Using photos and films watch the attack from start to finish, I have added the area locations for the still camera and film camera so you can identify the locations around the bunker.
