Jay's TAPERED Back and Shoulders:
1) Side-to-side pull-ups: 4 sets of 5 reps. On last set AMRAP of regular pull-ups
2) Chin-ups: 4 sets of 8-12 reps
3) Wall walks: (walk out and back = 1 rep) 4 sets of 5 reps
4) Vertex push-ups: 4 sets of 10-12 reps
