These are some of the fascinating discussions I had at the inaugural Analogue Spotlight showcasing and discussing the film photography world.
Firstly let me apologise for the awful video… I had some issues with my in camera stabilisation, so I’ve had to do it all in post and there are some lovely wobbly edges going on!
Ok, so the very first Analogue Spotlight event happened last Saturday, 14th May 2022, in Worcester, and I think everyone involved and everyone who attended will agree, it was pretty awesome!
The team of organisers had lined up some of the best names in the UK analogue world, and there was so much on show and so much to talk about.
I’ll put some chapter markers, so you can skip to the bit you want, or just watch the whole thing, there are some amazing products on show, so fantastic people, and some really interesting chats about film photography and what’s going on right now.

17:21 – Dan and Alesha from Lens Fayre, vintage camera store where they re-skin and revive film cameras. Some of their re-skinned Trip 35s are amazing! Plus they have their own camera that they designed, aimed at people discovering, or re-discovering film photography – lensfayre.com
