This'll probably be my last Zestiria upload for a while. I'm sure people are tired of this game =01. Berseria's demo is around the corner too. Making a balanced arena while considering both normal and armatization modes was simply too difficult for me to accomplish =01.
Since I didn't want the fight to be MA-spammable, I don't use Axcell, the +stagger skills or code, and only use 1x Mistiq. This gives some "weight" to the use of MAs where some discretion is needed if I want to get to the end of the fight.
You can TRY try this yourself if you have CE and the God Eater DLC(that's free, but needs to be installed), BUT the technique I used may prevent the "Master Arena auto-Config" code from working for you. Let me know if it doesn't. It might be TOO easy for some(if it even works) but its not made with max stats in mind.

Original cast levels like normal(except Regal)
Boss was a pain in the arse )=01. Not only is its mobility high, but its in the air, making Preseas attacks whiff or hard to hit it with. His Dread Storm arte, if he does it at close range, is a guaranteed guard break(hits = number of smoke-thingys you get hit by) and drain a huge amount of HP. Lots of losses occurred simply due to losing the battle of attrition in either HP or TP, and/or getting hit with Dread Storm point blank. Fortunately, she comes with Critical 1+2, and since criticals instantly break iron stance, this made it a much more capable fight. Destruction is the safest arte to use because of its both vert and hort range, but I take unsafe measures like aerial normals to speed up the fight.

This is the first boss where Eagles Rage by itself is insufficient to break a bosss Iron Stance. Fortunately, after talking to Horangi after his Chronos 1 video, he taught me that the last hit of Soulstoke Spin will always break Iron Stance. This makes it easy to open him up at the start, since it takes him an extra second to start attacking for some reason.
He still has high Iron Stance though, so even if his IS is weakened, it can still take a bit to break it. Thats probably the toughest thing about him IMO. This could be easily mitigated by using herbs at endgame(ofc all side chapters except Milla ch 1+2 can be done at endgame, iirc).
He is pretty much exactly the same as in X1. Destruction is his usual counter of choice, and can be used to counter in the air. It still has a large range, and you can get hit with the sword swing too. However, with the sidestep, in addition to Leias other mobility options, it is no longer the threat it once was. I was watching @Hepkin use Milla in X1 against Natchigal a few days ago[from whatever date I uploaded this] and just he ran circles around him X0D. And that was X1; I imagine other characters would do the same here in X2, no weakness needed.
He can be guard manipulated into doing Massacre Arc, which is a throwing move that ignores guard. It can be easily sidestepped. I dont know why Searing Arcs range is smaller than its effect; else, Id have died when he used it(twice =0x).

The Queen spawns smaller slimes[I believe] at 100%(2 spawns), 50%(2 spawns), and 25%(4 spawns). The small slimes can completely overwhelm you if you dont get rid of them before the next HP threshold. Fortunately, the Queens HP is low enough to kill it with good synergy tactics; if it stays staggered, it cant use the move that makes the spawns appear. With Sophie AI very nicely working in tandem with Asbel, and Cheria using long-range magic to supplement damage by hitting one of its weaknesses(Paralyze), made killing the boss very clean.
This is a casual party boss run as I play through the game. Hopefully this can be a visual guide for people stuck on certain bosses.

![Tales of Xillia 2: Bisley [No PC2/3] - Leia solo
Final Boss battle.
Non-Skillseal version(Leia only): http://youtu.be/wJ0Fw52coSk
Bisley....in some ways, he was harder than Chronos. He moves very fast, and his normals are practically instant. However, he has a lot of artes that leave him vulnerable and his Style Shift is very easily punishable. His Demon Burst(i.e. quick punch + Fireball) and Curtain Call are his most dangerous attacks, esp Demon Burst. His DB punch can be interrupted, but the fireball will always come out, even if he is staggered. Curtain Call is dangerous because you need a timed sidestep to dodge it 100%(you can mash, but you might get hit), and it can be used instantly from his knockdown position. Yes, that means in one frame his body is completely on the ground, and the very next frame he is completely upright in motion to circle around you for the hit. He also has a skill that allows him to occasionally resist being lifted into the air. I believe its the skill called Damage Control(avoid knockdown 30% of the time), but Im not entirely sure on that. Its not too threatening, but an unexpected no-lift can lead to a counter that I am not prepared for. However, afflicting skillseal prevents him from resisting uplift. Since Bisley is more susceptible to status inflictions(or at least more susceptible at my level[160]), 2 hits from Eagles Rage guarantees being affected.
Outside of that, nothing fancy, just aggressive play, not too much different than Id do a normal foe. Since I felt it a bit lackluster for a final boss and the 2nd Bisley is just more of the same, I decided to tack on that bit in the latter half. Not nearly as polished as some of the best out there, even considering no PC, but it was VERY hard for me to do this regardless =0(. I gained a LOT more respect to those who can dual combo.
So with this, the run is finished. Looking back, Ive enjoyed some battles while others just felt like a chore =0. You can see the lack of motivation as I progressed through the run, in that my creativity waned, however, I tried to hide that lack of motivation by approaching the battle in different ways. Im still glad I didnt use PC2/3 so I could expand my style, but most still ended up as glorified combo videos that relied on a Power Combo anyway, so I still wonder whether it made much of a difference, or am I just telling myself that =02? Anyway, I hope youve enjoyed the show and I appreciate everyone who watched and left a comment =03.Til next time......
