Tinkering with FFMPEG a lot here to restore something that's meant to be viewed on the small display of a PSP. It's a bit of a fickle. As always, everyone else who uploaded this before didn't do it with enough care.

Video extracted from the North American version of the game, while the audio was from the Japanese copy. Every 5th frame was dropped from the source to achieve the intended 23.976 FPS of the animation, and a high-quality denoise filter was applied to smooth out the compression artifacts induced via the source's low video bitrate.
