He says she thought he had another girl on the side and did it to get back at him. He’s suing for the amount he’s owed. The defendant says she has proof the plaintiff was seeing another girl, but that’s besides the point. She claims the plaintiff was in jail, and he instructed her to pick up the check and use the money to get him things he needed while he was in prison. She says he also told her to use the money to visit him, which was far away from where they lived.
