The plaintiff says the defendant applied hair extensions, and she did such a bad job that they started falling out immediately. She says when she complained about the bad job she received, the defendant told her to move on with her life. She is suing for a refund. The defendant claims she did a beautiful job on the woman’s hair, but the plaintiff didn’t listen to her very specific care directions. Regardless, she says she redid the entire job for her for free and believes the plaintiff didn’t take proper care of them again. She is countersuing for the money owed after redoing the service.
