Step inside the Forbidden Forest Shop at Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Potter and discover a unique collection of Harry Potter merchandise located between the Forbidden Forest and Platform 9¾ areas of the tour. During our visit, the shop was beautifully decorated for the Hogwarts in the Snow season, with Christmas trees, festive displays, Harry Potter decorations, ornaments, clothing, notebooks, pin badges, collectibles, and exclusive seasonal gifts inspired by the Wizarding World.
The Forbidden Forest Shop is known for carrying exclusive merchandise that may not be available elsewhere on the Studio Tour. During our visit, many items were heavily discounted, with a large selection of merchandise reduced by up to 50%. We picked up Hagrids famous pink umbrella wand for just £5, along with several Harry Potter pin badges for only £2 each, making this a great place to hunt for Wizarding World bargains and souvenirs.
The shop takes its name from the Forbidden Forest, one of the most mysterious locations in the Harry Potter books and films. Situated on the edge of the Hogwarts grounds, the forest is home to magical creatures including centaurs, unicorns, Acromantulas, and Hippogriffs. During Harrys first year at Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone, he enters the Forbidden Forest during detention and encounters a hooded figure drinking unicorn blood, later revealed to be Lord Voldemort surviving in a weakened form after his failed attack on Harry. It is also here that Harry first meets the centaur Firenze, who warns him that dark events are unfolding around Hogwarts.
Located just before Platform 9¾, the Forbidden Forest Shop forms part of the Studio Tour experience alongside the Forbidden Forest set, where guests can encounter Buckbeak the Hippogriff, Aragog the giant spider, and many of the creatures that appeared throughout the Harry Potter films.
The First Year at Hogwarts event runs from 7th May to 7th September 2026 and celebrates the 25th anniversary of Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone. Throughout the Studio Tour, guests can discover original props, costumes, interactive displays, Wizard Chess pieces, Fluffy the three-headed dog, and special experiences inspired by Harry Potters first year at Hogwarts.
Warner Bros. Studio Tour London opened in 2012 at Leavesden Studios, where all eight Harry Potter films were produced. The attraction showcases authentic sets, costumes, props, creature effects, and filmmaking secrets from the Wizarding World. Similar Studio Tours can also be found in Tokyo and Hollywood.
Leavesden Studios is also home to the upcoming HBO Harry Potter television series starring Dominic McLaughlin as Harry Potter, Arabella Stanton as Hermione Granger, and Alastair Stout as Ron Weasley. The new adaptation is expected to premiere in 2026.

Doremifarm is a track ride located in the Fantasy Kingdom area of Gardaland Resort. Opened in 2001 and manufactured by SBF Visa Group, Doremifarm is designed as a farm themed driving experience where guests board tractor style vehicles and follow a guided track through a colourful countryside setting. The attraction combines gentle movement with themed scenes, creating a steady paced ride through a stylised farm environment.
The ride takes guests past a variety of farm themed elements including animals such as cows, donkeys, sheep and piglets, all presented within a bright and animated setting. Throughout the journey, music from a country band featuring Prezzemolo and friends plays alongside the ride, adding an audio element that matches the visual theme. The track guided system keeps vehicles on a fixed route, allowing the focus to remain on the scenery and themed details rather than navigation.
Doremifarm is located within Fantasy Kingdom, one of the central themed areas of Gardaland Resort. Fantasy Kingdom features a collection of rides and attractions including Volaplano, an elevated monorail style ride offering views across the area, and Magic House, a Vekoma madhouse attraction that uses rotating motion to create visual illusions. The area is characterised by colourful buildings, themed landscaping and the presence of Prezzemolo, linking multiple attractions through a consistent identity within Gardaland Park.
Gardaland Resort is one of Europe’s most visited theme park resorts, located near Lake Garda in northern Italy. Gardaland Park includes roller coasters such as Raptor, Oblivion The Black Hole, Blue Tornado, Shaman and Mammut, alongside water rides like Fuga da Atlantide and Jungle Rapids, and dark rides including Jumanji The Adventure and Animal Treasure Island.
The wider Gardaland Resort also includes LEGOLAND Water Park Gardaland and Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium, along with accommodation at Gardaland Hotel, Gardaland Adventure Hotel and Gardaland Magic Hotel, creating a multi day theme park resort experience in Italy.

Pony Express is a Pony Trek ride manufactured by Metallbau Emmeln, located in the Western World area of Gullivers Land. Riders climb onto their own pony just like the historic Pony Express mail riders of the American frontier and travel along a gentle track through a western-themed landscape. Along the way guests pass scenes featuring buffalo, horses, and wild west scenery, creating a fun western adventure.
Pony Express is one of several attractions in Western World that recreates the atmosphere of the American frontier. The gentle pace and colourful theming make Pony Express a popular ride for budding cowboys
Height restrictions for Pony Express require riders to be at least 0.9m and under 1.5m in height to ride.
Gullivers Land opened in 1999 in Milton Keynes and was the third theme park built by the Gullivers Theme Park Resorts group, which was founded by Ray Phillips in 1978.
Gullivers Land continues to add new attractions to the park including The Wriggler, a new caterpillar themed Wacky Worm roller coaster located next to Grand Prix Racers. The park also introduced the Upside Down House in May 2025 near Dragon Siege, a walk-through attraction where everything inside the house appears upside down, creating fun and unusual photo opportunities for visitors.
For families looking to extend their visit, Adventurers Village offers themed accommodation including Dino Dens, JCB Cabins, Wild West Lodges, Princess Suites, and the Prospectors Deluxe Lodge with private hot tub. The resort also includes attractions such as Splash Zone, Blast Arena, The SFEAR, and the Dinosaur and Farm Park
Gullivers Land is part of the wider Gullivers theme park group which also operates Gullivers World in Warrington, Gullivers Kingdom in Matlock Bath, and Gullivers Valley in South Yorkshire. Each park features its own themed lands, rides, and attractions designed specifically for younger visitors.
Gullivers Land is located near to the site of the upcoming Universal Studios UK Resort, placing the park within one of the UKs most exciting future entertainment destinations.

[4K] Sky Swinger at Paultons Park, join us for a thrilling spin on this beautifully hand-decorated Wave Swinger as it lifts riders high above the park, providing a flying sensation and fantastic views across Valgard: Realm of the Vikings and Lost Kingdom.
Sky Swinger is a classic Zierer Wave Swinger flat ride located between Lost Kingdom and the former Raging River Rapids area at Paultons Park and at the entrance to the brand new Valgard: Realm of the Vikings. First opening in 2008 as a replacement for the Clock Maze, Sky Swinger allows guests to soar into the air, giving families and visitors of all ages a shared flying experience.
Height restrictions for Sky Swinger require guests to be at least 1 metre (3ft 3in) tall, with those 1.2 metres (3ft 11in) and older able to ride unaccompanied. Younger riders must sit with an adult in double seats, ensuring safety while still enjoying the thrill of the ride.
Sky Swinger provides an excellent vantage points to see across Paultons Park. From the ride, guests can enjoy sweeping views of Lost Kingdom with attractions such as Velociraptor, Flight of the Pterosaur, Dino Chase, Splash Lagoon, and Dinosaur Tour Co. Valgard: Realm of the Vikings is also visible, with views of the entance to Valgard as well as the new Drakon Coaster, Raven and Vild Swing.
Sky Swinger sits a tthe entance to Valgard: Realm of the Vikings which opens on 16th May 2026. The Viking-themed land has been built on land previously occupied by Dragon Roundabout and Magma, with sections of open space cleared for the expansion. Valgard now features three headline attractions: Drakon, the park’s first ever inverting Gerstlauer Euro-Fighter coaster; Raven, the rethemed family coaster formerly known as Cobra; and Vild Swing, the UK’s first ART Engineering Wild Swing. The land also includes The Orchard Playground, a Viking-themed adventure area, and the Nordic Feasting Hall for themed dining experiences.
Paultons Park continues to expand its offerings beyond Valgard, with its first on-site hotel and lodges under construction, and a new water ride scheduled to open in 2027, further establishing the park as a top short-break destination in the UK. Sky Swinger, while not part of Valgard itself, sits next to teh entrance and provides guests with excellent aerial views of the park’s evolving landscape, including glimpses of the new rides and theming.
Sky Swinger remains a classic and accessible attraction at Paultons Park, combining family-friendly thrills, fantastic design, and excellent park views, while complementing the park’s continued growth with Lost Kingdom, Tornado Springs, Peppa Pig World, Ghostly Manor, and the brand-new Valgard: Realm of the Vikings.

Simply Audi returned to Beaulieu on Saturday 18 July 2026, bringing together Audi models of all ages for one of Beaulieus popular Simply rallies. The collection ranges from everyday road cars and modern performance models to modified Audis, classics and rarer examples from the German manufacturer.
Audi has roots stretching back to the early 20th century, with its four rings representing the historic union of Audi, DKW, Horch and Wanderer within Auto Union. Today, Audi is known for models including the A3, A4, A5, A6, A8, TT and R8, alongside the performance-focused S and RS ranges and e-tron electric vehicles.
Simply Audi gives owners the opportunity to display their vehicles in the grounds of Beaulieu, with rows of Audis representing different generations, specifications and styles. The event also includes the Peoples Choice Awards, with visitors voting for their favourite cars.
Among the more unusual cars is the Meowdi, an Audi with a distinctive cat-inspired identity that has attracted attention online and at car events. Its feline styling and playful name combining meow with Audi makes the Meowdi stand apart from the more traditional cars around the showground.
Simply Audi admission also provides access to Beaulieu and the National Motor Museum. Founded in 1952 by Edward Montagu, the museum grew from five cars inside Palace House into one of Britains leading motoring museums, covering more than 150 years of automotive history.
New for 2026, Driven: Britains Motoring Story has transformed the National Motor Museum entrance and upper galleries, exploring the social and cultural impact of motoring in Britain. The museum is also home to Bluebird CN7, Golden Arrow and Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, alongside displays covering motorsport, motorcycles and automotive engineering.
On Screen Cars features famous vehicles from television and film, including Mr Beans Mini, Del Boys Reliant Regal from Only Fools and Horses, the flying Ford Anglia from Harry Potter, Doctor Whos Bessie and cars from Gavin & Stacey.
Disney Pixar Cars celebrates the 20th anniversary of the Cars franchise with a 2026 display featuring life-size Lightning McQueen, Jackson Storm and Finn McMissile, alongside themed props and the Piston Cup.
We Had One of Those celebrates familiar cars from the 1960s through to the noughties, allowing visitors to sit behind the wheel and explore retro dashboards and interiors surrounded by pop culture memorabilia.
Beaulieu is also home to Palace House, the ancestral home of the Montagu family, the ruins of 13th-century Beaulieu Abbey and Little Beaulieu adventure play area. The historic Beaulieu Monorail provides elevated views across the estate and passes through the National Motor Museum.
Simply Audi combines one of Britains best-known motoring marques with Beaulieu and the National Motor Museum, bringing Audi owners, enthusiasts and cars from across the decades together for one of Beaulieus annual Simply motoring events.

Avengers Campus is a Marvel-themed area at Disney Adventure World, built on part of the former Backlot area and officially opened on 20 July 2022. The land is designed as a training and technology campus where the next generation of heroes can encounter and train alongside characters from the Marvel universe.
Avengers Assemble: Flight Force transformed the former Rock n Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith into a high-speed Marvel roller coaster featuring Iron Man and Captain Marvel. Spider-Man W.E.B. Adventure replaced the former Armageddon: Les Effets Spéciaux attraction, challenging recruits to help Spider-Man capture escaped Spider-Bots.
Avengers Campus is also home to the Quinjet platform, Avengers Deployment Vehicle and regular appearances from Marvel characters including Spider-Man, Iron Man, Captain Marvel, Black Panther, Thor, Loki and other Avengers. Dining includes PYM Kitchen, Stark Factory, Super Diner and themed food trucks.
Inspired by Marvel and the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Avengers Campus draws upon the comic books and interconnected films featuring characters including Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Black Widow, Spider-Man, Black Panther and Captain Marvel. Avengers Campus is also found at Disney California Adventure.
Disney Adventure World is the second park at Disneyland Paris, formerly known as Walt Disney Studios Park. Alongside Avengers Campus, the park is home to World of Frozen, with Frozen Ever After, A Celebration in Arendelle, themed dining, shopping and the Kingdom of Arendelle. Future expansion includes The Lion King-themed Pride Lands, known in French as La Terre des Lions, continuing the transformation of the park with new themed worlds.
Disneyland Paris opened in 1992 and is located in Chessy, approximately 32 km east of Paris. The resort includes Disneyland Park, Disney Adventure World, Disney Village and Disney Hotels.

Thorpe Park Resort in Surrey is one of the UK’s leading theme parks, featuring major roller coasters, water rides, shops and themed areas including Swarm Island, Fearless Valley, Amity Cove, The Jungle, Lost City, Big Easy Boulevard, The Dock Yard and The Dome. Key attractions at Thorpe Park include Hyperia, the UK’s tallest and fastest roller coaster, The Swarm wing coaster, Nemesis Inferno inverted coaster, Saw The Ride horror themed coaster, Stealth launch coaster and Colossus, the world’s first 10 inversion roller coaster.
Hyperia in Fearless Valley remains the main draw following its 2024 opening, while Swarm Island continues to feature large scale crash site theming around The Swarm. The Jungle includes Nemesis Inferno, with Rumba Rapids now closed for the 2026 season. The Dock Yard remains home to Saw The Ride and themed retail. Lost City features Colossus alongside flat rides Zodiac and Quantum. Big Easy Boulevard continues as a permanent area replacing Angry Birds Land with rides including Big Easy Bumpers and Detonator.
Amity Cove includes Tidal Wave, Storm Surge and Depth Charge alongside the Thorpe Park Megastore. The former Amity Beach area is being redeveloped into a new space known as The Launchpad, currently under construction with plans for seating, kiosks and guest facilities.
Thorpe Park opened in 1979 and is operated by Merlin Entertainments, known for its roller coasters, seasonal events including Fright Nights.

[4K] Valgard: Realm of the Vikings Full Tour at Paultons Park, join us on Opening Day as we experience the complete Viking adventure with full on ride POVs of Drakon, Raven and Vild Swing.
Valgard: Realm of the Vikings officially opened at Paultons Park on 16th May 2026. This £12 million Viking-themed land introduces major new thrill rides, family attractions, themed dining and detailed Norse mythology storytelling.
At the centre of Valgard stands Drakon, Paultons Park’s first ever inverting roller coaster manufactured by Gerstlauer as a custom Euro-Fighter. Drakon features a vertical lift hill, beyond vertical first drop and two inversions.
Alongside Drakon is Raven, the reborn family thrill coaster formerly known as Cobra. Originally opening in 2006, Cobra has been extensively rethemed and transformed into Raven, a Viking-themed Gerstlauer bobsled coaster.
Vild Swing introduces the UK’s first ART Engineering Wild Swing to Paultons Park. Standing 12 metres tall, this unique family thrill ride uses a free-swinging gondola with airtime and gravity-defying Viking thrills.
For younger adventurers, The Orchard Playground provides a large Viking-themed play area featuring the Viking Lookout Tower, Golden Apple Tree, climbing structures, slides, swings and hidden exploration routes.
The impressive Nordic Feasting Hall serves as Valgard’s major themed dining destination, offering flame-grilled meals, fried favourites, desserts, milkshakes, pancakes and family dining in a highly themed Viking setting.
Valgard was developed on land previously occupied by Dragon Roundabout and Magma, alongside substantial open space. Magma was relocated to Crealy Theme Park as Pirates Plummet, while Dragon Roundabout was removed entirely. Cobra was transformed into Raven as part of the project. The former Go Karts were also removed for wider future development, although that area remains separate from Valgard itself.
Paultons Park, located in Hampshire’s New Forest, first opened in 1983 and has evolved into one of the UK’s leading family theme parks.
The park is internationally recognised for Peppa Pig World, the world’s first dedicated Peppa Pig themed land, which opened in 2011 and helped establish Paultons Park as a major family destination.
Other major lands include Lost Kingdom, home to Velociraptor, Flight of the Pterosaur, Splash Lagoon, Dino Chase, Boulder Dash and Dinosaur Tour Co.; Tornado Springs, featuring Storm Chaser, Cyclonator, Buffalo Falls, Windmill Towers, Farmyard Flyer and Al’s Auto Academy; Critter Creek; and Ghostly Manor, the innovative interactive haunted dark ride that opened in 2025.
Paultons Park continues its long-term expansion beyond Valgard, with its first on-site hotel and lodges currently under development, plus a major new water ride planned for 2027.
Valgard: Realm of the Vikings represents a defining moment in Paultons Park’s history, combining world-class roller coasters, family attractions, immersive storytelling and future growth into one of the UK’s most significant family theme park developments.
