From the film Amadeus, this is Symphony No. 29 In A, K. 201 - Mvmt I, composed by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with Sir Neville Marrinner conducting the Academy of St. Martin-In-The-Fields. This track is featured in the film when Salieri is going through the compositions that Mozart's wife is submitting for the royal teaching position. I'm a huge fan of this scene because Salieri is ripping through the portfolio, astounded by the vast landscape of evoked emotions and his commentary with the scene is gushing.
