This is the music for the final cutscene in the "Embers of Neltharion" questline.
This seems to be a combination of the Fyrakk's theme and the "Forbidden Reach Vault Defense" theme. Both of those themes were composed by Glenn Stafford, so no mystery as to who composed this one (although I guess someone else could have edited these themes together here but whatever, it's good enough).
Unfortunately, the second part of this cutscene doesn't have the music separated out so I couldn't include it in the video. But it sounded like it was just continuing the "Forbidden Reach Vault Defense" theme, so not too much lost there I suppose.
