In this video I try out the rotisserie feature of the Monument Grills 6 Burner gas grill. I do it with a pork loin roast that I had brined in Sweet Iced Tea, along with Heath Riles BBQ & Grilling brand pork injection and brine. The I add Heath Riles Hot Rub to it and put it on the Rotisserie. #monumentgrills #heathrilesbbq
