We stopped by #poppysicecream in Richmond, KY to see their new shop downtown. It’s so cute! Love the mint and soft pink branding. I got 2 scoops of #icecream in the mint chocolate chip and strawberry cheesecake flavors! They’ve got tons of cute ice cream names such as “Fat Elvis” & “Exhausted Parent”. 🤣 We saw a group share the “Eternal Colonel” large glass bowl full of scoops & toppings. Wish I could have got a pic of that because it was so fun! They have a mobile ice cream truck which visited our community last year. I’m so excited to see their small business grow! Sparkle on! ✨
