This is my sweet and sour chicken recipe. Like most of us in the UK sweet and sour was one of the first Chinese dishes we ate. In my sweet and sour recipe Ive reduced the amount of refined sugar by not using ketchup and sugar and used honey which is traditional as well as delicious.
