Today Lucia (Saint Lucy's Day) is celebrated in Sweden. The Swedish Safran Bun, or as it is called in Sweden Lussekatter, should not be missing ob the Fika Table today.
I tried to make one the first time in the Trangia Stove and it turned out quite well and very tasty.
