Late 18th century ferry house falling apart.
And before folks ask, I was a part of the some of the fundraising ventures back in the day, but then the historical society wanted to try to be different. Historical Societies are often run by folks looking to pad their political stats and resumes or by older folks with excellent ambition but no marketing skills. I do my best to spotlight the ones doing an excellent job. *cough* Fort Loudoun, PA is awesome. *cough*
