What you need:
-Clip or Art
- Cookie Cutter FX (Circle)
- Black & White FX

Note: This effect is very experimental, what I mean is there's lots of different ways to do this effect actually. Once you get the hang of it, try out some different things with it and see how it turns out!

- Another big factor for this effect is to make sure you have feather on the cookie cutter so it expands smoother!
