On NYE, in the snow & ice. This driver forgot to turn on their lights.

I kept turning my lights off & on to let them know and finally got them to turn theirs on after keeping mine off in a darker section of the road.

I flashed my fogs after as a "thank you for turning them on". Not seen is the hazards they flashed real quick as a "thank you" back as I drove past the road they turned on.
