I think it's funny my first instinct is to think how high they were. Given it's super common for stoners in this state to do shit like this. But in retrospect, this intersection is super confusing to those not use to it.
The first set of lights are just a "heads up" to the main stop lights. But no signage stating it. The actual stop line is all the way around the corner at the main set of stop lights haha.
