Take two on HD uploading, this time with Lagarith. It seems a little blurry as well, though.
It's at this point that they game starts getting a lot more confusing. A couple of these levels actually took me a while to figure out, even with the hint (in particular, 7-9).
UPDATE: I've pretty much given up on finishing this TAS, due to a lack of motivation to do so as well as the deprecation of the emulator originally used for it by TASVideos (Snes9x 1.43).
