Finally, the Kaizo 2 TAS is finished by TheFinalBoss726, who did both Level 9 and the castle. He managed to complete Level 9 with an amazing 367 frame difference, the largest save in the entire run (nearly as much as the total number of frames saved before it).

The reason the total frames saved count says "approximately" is because Mister's timing ends on the last frame of required input rather than the last frame of possible input. I no longer have Mister's SMV, and thus the runs can not be accurately compared.
Also, sorry for the major audio desync! Snes9x has an audio recording bug that at the time I didn't know how to fix. If you want to see it without that issue, until YouTube allows replacing videos, I recommend downloading the SMV and playing it back yourself.
