RB4 actually has post process events not present in RB4 in its data! These were pulled straight from the rbsong with my RBsong2Midi script. To be honest, I don't like them, but it could be that they were unfinished since RB4 doesn't have any post processing other than a black and white one.
It's now possible to completely backport songs from RB4 to RB3 using a combination of ForgeTool to extract the RB4 files and then using my RB Tools suite to convert the lipsync and venues to a format RB3 can read.
