GrimReeper has made an excellent milsim mission that can be played coop (up to 12 players) or single player with some nice tasks. There's a good chunk of German in the mission, so I translated everything you see in the video.

The economic collapse and Trump's devastating pandemic policy have collapsed the country. China is trying to take control in the east, but is in conflict with Russia and is also struggling with serious internal unrest. Europe has established itself as a new power and has stabilised itself well. Your task force belongs to the UESF, the united European armed forces. There is a fragile agreement on the eastern borders with Russia. A buffer zone between the former Ukraine and Poland, which still belongs to the EU, is set up as a restricted zone. After arriving at the base of the transmitter tower:
The radio seems to be fine, so we have to reach the FOB. But one has to be on the transmission mast to reconnect the antenna. Then it will work.
After climbing the transmitter tower:
Message from headquarters. Hey guys, nice to hear from you. We didn't expect any survivors. We will try to support you from the air until we have a chance to get you out. Take the emergency radio with you, then we can at least contact you.
Second task:
Advance to Lukov airfield. Look there for documents that contain information about the whereabouts of the scientists who might be able to help stop the pandemic.
