The Burning Rain is a mission set 35 years after the bombs fell, so there's slim pickings on the loot front. What's new is a body temperature system affected by weather, etc. And there's some interesting additions to the map, including outposts, roadblocks, guards and all sorts of fun. Oh and it's on the Chernarus Redux map. This is a nearly live playthrough that's barely edited. Thrill as I answer the door to the postman, cheer as I leave to go to the toilet. Gasp with amazement as I detail precisely why I have no opinion on the EU. You don't get this kind of realism on other channels (with good reason).
I'm sure there's a bad swearword in there that I forgot to remove. Prize for the first person to find it.
