Because replacing Green Lantern feels a little cathartic not because it's uncomfortable but because I'm still only very slightly peeved about them relocating it, but nowhere near as much as I was way back when. Also the reimagined Kingda Ka's second top hat takes up some of its former footprint (which I'm perfectly fine with).
Anyway this is a modern Vekoma featuring a launched lift into a step-up underflip, the first of 8 inversions on its compact journey of fast turns and airtime pops. Other notable moments include a vertical loop wrapping around the launch and a unique double zero-G-roll. This is also meant to be an homage to Great American Scream Machine.

Top speed: 74.6 mph
Drop: 157.5 ft

Decided to remake it since I wasnt entirely satisfied with the version I made in 2016. Made in the 5HOP8 contest template (tho I didnt participate in that).
Changes from the 2016 version include the addition of the rosebowl replacing that simple overbank at the far end, a mid-course launch, tweaking the footprint to more closely align with the 5HOP8 boundary, and smaller things here and there. Like the original, it features a launched lift hill and barrel rolls at the very beginning and end.
Backstory: The Beasts son has died of a terrible illness and was brought back to life by scientists as a cyborg. With its newly acquired cyborg upgrade, its now meaner and stronger than ever.

Inspired by the goat/human hybrid who is said to live under the Pope Lick Trestle in Pope Lick creek near Louisville and lures ppl up to the railroad trestle where they then jump to their deaths. Since Kentucky Kingdom is rebranding as a theme park themed to what else but Kentucky itself, it would feel like a missed opportunity to not do something like this.
This concept also doubles as a Raging Rapids replacement concept.
The layout emphasizes fast turns and inversions over airtime and would be marketed as the steepest drop in the state of Kentucky as well as Kentuckys only tilt coaster.
Six Flags Great Adventure has a coaster named after its respective state cryptid, so why not Kentucky Kingdom?
The goat man model consists of a human model from MakeHuman and parts of a goat model from SketchUp Warehouse spliced together.
