Supermarket shopping seems like a distant memory. I live near a remote town in the mountains where there's a market, but I wouldn't call it a supermarket. Maybe supermarket shopping is one of those things I miss about living in North Idaho, but the truth is that living far from anything that could be considered a "big box" store helps to save money. There's also no fast food restaurants here, so no drive-throughs, and we don't even have a stop light. We do have a few stop signs, so though it may be the wild west around here, we still obey traffic laws and we do get to shop locally for our groceries.
