What to do with a boring, old, crusty Dodge Slant Six engine? Completely rebuild it and slap a supercharger on it, of course! And all captured in our legendary Redline Rebuild time-lapse style! Thanks to LEVRACK for supporting this project! Check them out at levrack.com
Follow along as mechanic extraordinaire, Davin Reckow, pulls the aluminum-block 6-cylinder engine from a barn find 1960's Dodge Lancer wagon, tear it down, and then decide NOPE, this isn't going to handle the power! So we found an iron-block version from a local junkyard to use instead. A good bit of time was spent at the machine shop to prep everything to handle the additional power provided by a TorqStorm Supercharger. But we're loving the end result and hope you do, too! Next steps: get it running and get some power numbers at the dyno!
