With perfect execution, it could be frames faster than Jef 2x. It comes down to massive damage vs. rocket jumps. Melanie's strats are much harder though, so using this in runs is a terrible idea.

Using the leaderboard time. So many unstable strats - this could have been a couple seconds faster if I pulled them all off. But hey, no deaths!")
