Jef rocket jumps + damage clips past the boss at 0:33.
Setup:
* Hold your gun down while facing away from the boss
* Position yourself slightly right of the taxi's removed door
* After the boss stands up, rocket jump and hold right to clip past him

Note the subway skip at 0:27 is thanks to Toloo and some dev generosity for Ultra :D
