Enter the boss room at 41 seconds in-game timer (assuming you only pick up the one unavoidable clox). Charge shot the right barrels to quick kill the boss and make a bee line to the zip-line.
There is dialog before the zip-line that triggers if 199X is the first world you select after completing 198X. This dialog seems to be unavoidable in a full playthrough of the game.
