Hello Friends, HAPPY NEW YEAR to all of you - with Chun-Li's theme, playing on the on-board sound of a Chaintech 6SSA2 Pentium-II class motherboard!
This is one of my favourite themes, and in in my opinion the OPL-2 versions of it is one of the best! It was recorded directly out of the game on this retro-system.
ESS 1938S (Solo-1) is a great PCI soundship because of its superb legacy DOS support. FM (ESFM but 100% OPL3 compatible) is very close to the original and output is low noise and clear. SB-Pro compatibility is very good, too.
The well known themes of the Street-Fighter games were composed by Yoko Shimomura.
Super Street-Fighter 2 Turbo was released by Capcom for the 3DO (one of the best 3DO titles), Commodore Amiga and Amiga CD32, the Dreamcast, MS -DOS and -of course- Arcade.
The DOS-Port was developed by Capcom and published by GameTek in 1995.
